From October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 we have introduced CAPPED FREIGHT for all purchases over $750+gst. Capped freight means that you will be charged a % of your invoice value.
Please note: this excludes furniture, swings and the oversize fee of $15 for any item over 80cm on any one dimension will still apply.
Should your purchase be under the min amount to qualify for the capped freight, you will be charged the cost that the freight company charge us.
DARLIN will deliver your ordered products via our contract freight provider or you can nominate your own courier for collection.
Please note: should you request delivery via your own courier or freight forwarder for part of the delivery, DARLIN will not accept any responsiblity for damaged goods as it is difficult to determine at what point the goods were damaged.
Should you receive your delivery and there is a damaged item/s, please take photos of the item/s and the box the item/s were in and email to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so may result in your claim being declined.
Depending on the damage, DARLIN has the right to offer a discount on the item/s affected. However if the item has been destroyed, we will provide a no cost replacement with your next order.
