No, there is no minimum order spend, however if you wish to take up the capped freight offer, you need to purchase over $750+gst.

Each item also comes in a minimum order qty and the qty depends on the size and value of the item. It can range from 1-20 items however most items are in a minimum of 2.

Freight is charged at a %  of your invoice value if your order is over $750+ gst.  If the invoice value is under this amount, you will be charged the same cost we are charged by the freight company.

This freight offer excludes furniture and swings. 

Oversize items (anything 80cm or more in any one dimension) incur a  $15 handling fee.   Please note: we tape boxes together of the same size (and dependent on weight) to save where possible

Generally we dispatch an order within 2 days of receipt however during peak times there may be some delays.

Once the delivery leaves our warehouse, the delivery time is generally 2-4 days Eastern Seaboard and 5-7 days Western Seaboard.

When a delivery is dispatched you will recieve a tracking notification from the freight company and you can track your delivery.

Please note: you should check your delivery upon arrival to ensure you have received all the boxes on the consignment.  

You are also required to advise us within 7 days of any issues with your delivery.   Failure to do so may result in your claim not being processed.

We provide you with local area product exclusivity on the items you have purchased.

This exclusivity expires if you have not purchased within 3 months of the original purchase.

We do not provide brand exclusivity as we have over 800 product lines and there is sure to be something to suit each business.

Yes, almost all of our products are handmade and ethically sourced from artisans around the globe.

Sizes of items listed in descriptions are approximate as each piece can vary - that's what make them unique! 

Photos also distort colours.

We do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of the product description and sizes however we accept no responsibility should there be any discrepancy within the website or the catalogue.

Your first ever purchase with DARLIN is proforma. After this, an account will be set up and invoices are payable 14 days from invoice date. 

Please note: overdue fees do apply if the account terms are not met.

Should you require other terms, this can be arranged upon completion and approval of a formal credit application.

Yes!  We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and we do not charge a surcharge for paying by credit card.

You can also pay by EFT to the account shown on the bottom of your invoice.

Did you know we now have PayPal Payin4?   This can be accessed via our invoices when they are emailed to you.

Orders cannot be cancelled unless there are extenuating circumstances that need to be discussed with management and we will endeavour to help you.

Backorders happen because the stock may have sold out and/or hasn't arrived into stock as yet.

Your invoice will show what has been backordered and when it will arrive into stock.    You do not get charged for backordered items and freight will be charged to send the backordered items to you.

We will be in contact when the stock arrives to see if you wish to add to your order before we sent the order to you.

We do not offer refunds or credits on change of mind purchases.   Should any delivery be refused and returned to DARLIN, the freight costs associated will be payable.

If you have received an item that has been incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged in transit email [email protected] with photos and relevant information so the claim can be processed.

Sale items are not available for refund or credit and are sold on an as is basis.
