Credits and Returns

All our products are of the highest quality and we stand behind every item we sell.

Refunds are not available if you change your mind. Please choose carefully when you purchase.

DARLIN will replace at not cost with your next order or provide a credit for use off your next order for goods if they are faulty or damaged in transit.

All items carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects, however, please note: that the grain, shape & colour of an item may vary as the products are handmade from natural products and should not be misconstrued as a fault or poor workmanship.

Packaging/Damages

All items are packed to ensure that you will receive your order safely and in great condition. We are only too happy to replace any item (with your next order) that is damaged during transit provided you notify us immediately if you notice any external damage to the cartons and / or if upon opening your cartons you find damaged product/s. No claim will be accepted without supporting photographs of the items/cartons damaged within seven (7) days of receipt. All claims outside of this period will be at the discretion of DARLIN management.
