We’ll send your order using our trusted contract freight partner — or, if you prefer, you’re welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from us.
Freight costs are capped based on your DARLIN Rewards Tier (excluding furniture and any item with one side measuring 80cm or more, which will incur an oversize fee).
If you’re not currently in a tier, standard freight charges will apply.
Please note: If you choose to use your own courier or freight forwarder (for all or part of the delivery), DARLIN can’t take responsibility for any damages, as it’s difficult to determine where in the journey the damage occurred.
We take great care when packing your order, but sometimes accidents happen in transit.
If you receive any damaged items, please:
Take clear photos of the damaged item/s and the box/packaging it arrived in
Email them to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
This helps us process your claim quickly. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
Depending on the nature of the damage, we may offer you a discount or, if the item is unusable, a free replacement with your next order.
