- One entry per $900+ order during 9/9/24 - 20/9/24

- Drawn 5pm 20/9/24 at the DARLIN Showroom

- Winner will be drawn at random and no further correspondence will be entered into

- Winner will be notified by phone and email

- Credit cannot be redeemed for cash

- Credit can be used all at once or over 6 months after Summer Lovin' order is paid for

- Credit cannot be used to offset any outstanding accounts of the winner or any other parties

- Winners trading account must be within trading terms

- Winner agrees to marketing and promotion of the win

- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by/or associated with Facebook/Instagram/Meta or any other social media network

All designs, pictures, images and any other elements of this website as well as products featured are the exclusive property and copyright of DARLIN. Publishing, transfer and changes of any elements featured on this website are strictly forbidden and cannot be reproduced without prior written consent from DARLIN.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

Delivery
DARLIN can deliver your ordered products via our contract freight provider or you can nominate your own courier for collection.  Please note: should you request delivery via your own courier or freight forwarder for part of the delivery, DARLIN will not accept any responsiblity for damaged goods as it is difficult to determine at what point the goods were damaged.   

DARLIN charges you the same cost for freight as we are charged by the freight company.    The biggest difference with DARLIN is that we pick and pack orders and we recommend that you order small items that can go into large item boxes so we can save you freight.  Please note: for oversize items (being over 80cm on any one dimension) there is a $15 surcharge and for any Australian Islands (TAS, Stradbroke, Moreton, King Island) there is a remote fee surcharge of $80.00 - these are charged by the transport company and we have no option but to pass these charges on.   

Returns / Refunds 
All our products are of the highest quality and we stand behind every item we sell. Refunds are not available if you change your mind. Please choose carefully when you purchase.  DARLIN will replace at not cost with your next order or provide a credit for use off your next order for goods if they are faulty or damaged in transit.   

All items carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects, however, please note: that the grain, shape & colour of an item may vary as the products are handmade from natural products and should not be misconstrued as a fault or poor workmanship.

Packaging / Damages
All items are packed to ensure that you will receive your order safely and in great condition. We are only too happy to replace any item (with your next order) that is damaged during transit provided you notify us immediately if you notice any external damage to the cartons and / or if upon opening your cartons you find damaged product/s.  No claim will be accepted without supporting photographs of the items/cartons damaged within seven (7) days of receipt.  All claims outside of this period will be at the discretion of DARLIN management.

Pricing 
Prices are subject to change and all pricing excludes GST and freight.  Price lists will only be distributed to registered Australian Businesses.  For customers in Australia a 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies. 

Payment 
We accept the Visa & Mastercard or Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT).   First time orders are Proforma and need to be paid prior to shipment occurring.  Orders after the first transaction automatically become payable 14 days from invoice date.  Should you require extended terms, a credit application will need to be completed.   Accounts not paid on time will revert to prepaid invoicing.  DARLIN holds ownership on all goods until the account is paid in full and may lodge an interest under PPSR.

We understand that from time to time there may be a delay in making your payments on time.   We are here to help and encourage you to discuss this with us so we develop a mutally agreeable repayment plan so we can both manage our cashflows.   Failure to communicate and discuss will unfortunately result in other actions being taken that will result in additional fees and charges for you such as a $150 late fee + interest.    Any costs incurred to recover any outstanding money will be passed onto you.
